If a person does not know of the gospel of the dispensation of grace and they die, where will they go? To heaven or hell?
Your question is confusing because nobody dies and goes to hell before God gives them plenty of opportunity to trust the Lord Jesus Christ! So no one will ever die and go to hell without first being given a chance to trust Christ. The only people who go to hell are those who are presented an opportunity to trust Christ and reject Him in their own unbelief.
Romans 1:18-20
For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who hold the truth in unrighteousness; Because that which may be known of God is manifest in them; for God hath shewed it unto them. For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse:
2 Thessalonians 2:10-12
And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved. And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie: That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness.
